Take a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk, smile.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

Live with the 3 E’s Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F ’s Faith, Family, Friends.

世界上的良藥,每一種只能治一種疾病;

心靈的良藥---智慧與慈悲,卻可治癒一切的病苦。

人們常常嚷著要去尋找內心的平和,

其實它一直都在,從不需要去尋覓。

當爲了欲望而勞役,終日的忙碌中,

靜下來時,自然會感到它的存在。

人們逃避家庭、城市、社會及自己的問題,而到深山中去尋覓心內的平靜。既然是要尋覓“心內”的平靜,又怎麼可能在“心外”尋得到呢?

快樂只可以在心內尋得,並不在於你身處之地方。

有人花費半生積蓄往外國的海灘渡假,結果卻敗興而返;

有些人卻可以在水災災區中划艇作樂,玩的不亦樂乎。

有人遠走他方,以尋覓內心的平和。

但如果你心中沒有平和,

縱管跑到天涯海角也不會尋得到它;

假如你心中,早有了平和,

也就沒什麼地方,是一定要去的了。

我們見到的世界,只是自己內心的反映;

在心情開朗時,見到的人都是友善親切;

在心情煩躁時,碰上的人彷彿都是面目可憎。

透過批評的眼睛看,世界充滿了有缺陷過失的人;

透過傲慢的眼睛看,這世界充滿了低賤愚癡的人;

透過智慧的眼睛看,

你會發現原來每一個人,都有值得你尊重及學習的地方。

有智慧的人;在獨處時,會管好自己的心。

在不是獨處時,則會管好自己的口。

與他人相處時,是謙虛學習的好機會;

在個人獨處時,是反思自省的好機會。

當你的心,開始懂得以智慧去觀察時,

生命的真諦,便會在每一刻、

每一地方、每一事物中展現。


RECOGNIZE HOW YOU VIEW OTHERS

Persistently viewing others as dishonest, lazy, sinful, and ignorant can be a way of compensating for something you fear. If there’s a pattern of seeing others as failures, you need to notice this pattern as evidence of what you’re attracting into your life.

CHANGE YOUR PERCEPTION

Remember this maxim: When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. The way you perceive things is an extremely powerful tool that will allow you to fully bring the power of intention into your life.
